1. Enrollment and Access:
a. To enroll in an online course, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
b. Once enrolled, you will be granted access to the course materials for the specified duration of the course, as determined by the IIF.
c. Your enrollment is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access the course materials using your account is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property:
a. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and any other content provided as part of the online course, are the intellectual property of the Institute of Innovative Fashion.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the course materials without prior written consent from the Institute of Innovative Fashion.

3. Participation and Conduct:
a. As a participant in the online course, you agree to engage in respectful and professional conduct towards instructors and fellow participants.
b. You are responsible for the content you post in discussion forums or other course-related platforms, ensuring it is relevant and appropriate.
c. Any misuse, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your access to the course without refund.

4. Technical Requirements:
a. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technology and internet connection to access and fully participate in the online course.
b. The Institute of Innovative Fashion is not responsible for any technical issues or limitations on your end that may hinder your learning experience.

5. Refund Policy:
a. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Institute of Innovative Fashion within 3 days of the course start date.
b. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to an administrative fee of 50% of the course fee + 99$
c. No refunds will be provided after 3 days from the course start date or once you have accessed the course materials.

d. Please note that any fees associated with third-party payment processors or financial institutions are non-refundable.
